Innovation meets experience.
From trust grows a future-proof partnership.
Since then, we have been developing and implementing cross-industry system solutions for logistics and manufacturing. With our experience in industry and research, we combine technical excellence with personalized consulting, from the initial analysis to smooth operation.
It didn't begin with a business plan; the founding of frb logistics solutions is the result of successful collaboration.
In 2018, years of experience in project management at Airbus met the innovative, practical work of the Hamburg University of Technology.
Together, we developed the entire warehouse technology and material flow for a 44,000-square-meter warehouse for aircraft equipment - an area larger than six soccer fields. Following the success of a similarly sized follow-up project, the basis was established for the founding of frb (Fischer, Rose, Braun) in 2024.
Our joint path to your solution
Our projects follow a clear process of 4 phases – transparent, understandable and efficient.
We work according to the guidelines
of VDI 5.200
Material flow analysis
Identify bottlenecks, reduce lead times, optimize inventories and routes.
A material flow analysis identifies chaotic material flows and bottlenecks. Based on these results, an optimal material flow is developed based on the existing boundary conditions.
Warehouse and production planning
Plan layout, capacities and automation in a targeted manner – compare ROI.
Based on the initial situation and future production trends, the affected area is replanned. Depending on the level of automation of the storage and production technologies used, various scenarios arise.
simulation
Digitally test processes and inventory – reduce risks, secure decisions.
Simulations can be used to run through various scenarios at an early stage, providing insights for evaluation. Even a simple 3D visualization of the new storage area can help the client gain a better understanding.
Structured guidance
Manage implementation, empower teams, establish key performance indicators – ensure impact.
Warehouse planning consists of various components that are handled by the external partner. If the company wishes to implement these components independently, we offer methodical support for successful warehouse planning.
Process engineering
Design warehouse processes holistically, harmonize interfaces and connect IT systems cleanly.
Warehouse logistics utilizes processes and interactions with IT systems. These processes are usually adapted selectively when changes occur. These selective adaptations do not automatically lead to an overall improvement in warehouse logistics. A process design examines and revises all warehouse processes. This makes warehouse logistics more efficient.
Capacity planning
Design systems and storage technology to meet your needs – balancing performance and costs.
A developed rough storage concept is technically dimensioned based on future production trends and the storage technology to be used, both in terms of dimensions and performance. This is an important building block for subsequent investment decisions.
Services for warehouse and production logistics
From analysis to implementation: We optimize material flow, warehouse layout, and production with data, simulation, and clear methods.
avionic design
Warehouse planning and relocation for Avionic Design GmbH

Relocation to a larger existing building. Warehouse and material flow redesigned, variants tested, and a zone layout developed with automated SMT roll storage. A migration plan and transparent inventory ensure stable processes.
+ 50% storage capacity
− 30% storage costs
faster, less error-prone processes.
Increased customer satisfaction.
